Coin Laundry 24 is a free idle laundromat game: you run a 24-hour coin laundromat and pay off a 3,000-coin debt. It runs in your browser with nothing to install.

It is 6 p.m. and you have just taken over a coin laundromat that comes with a 3,000-coin debt. Customers walk in on their own, drop coins into a washer and start it. The coins pile up inside each machine, and when you tap a washer they burst out and fly into your wallet. Tap a finished load to fold it onto the table, and the customer picks it up and leaves a tip. A broken washer takes three taps to fix, and the drunk, the kicker and the thief who show up between 2 and 5 a.m. get thrown out with a tap.

The shop sells seventeen upgrades. Washers go up to eight, and the fast motor and premium soap raise the speed and the price. The coin cart makes the owner collect on his own, the toolbox handles repairs, the mop handles cleaning and the folding machine handles folding, so you can take your hands off. CCTV keeps the thief away and the neon sign brings more customers. Junho the clerk runs the shop, says something different depending on the hour and the weather, and knocks the prices down once he likes you.

The shop keeps running while the tab is closed. When you come back you collect what it earned while you were away: up to 3 hours by default, up to 12 with the alarm clock. Reputation stars decide how many customers come, and regulars build up to five hearts. A day is six minutes, seasons change every seven days, and it rains and snows. There is no fail state. Pay off the debt and you get the DEBT FREE ending, and after that you open branches 2, 3 and 4 to multiply the income.

FAQ

Do I need to install Coin Laundry 24?

No. Open the link in your browser and it starts. No app, no sign-up.

Is Coin Laundry 24 free?

Yes, completely free. No payments.

Does it work on my phone?

Yes. Turn the phone sideways and tap the washers and customers with your finger. On a PC you click with the mouse.

How do I play?

Tap a washer to collect its coins, tap finished laundry to fold it, and tap a broken washer three times to fix it. Tap the late-night troublemakers to throw them out and tap a puddle twice to mop it. The shop button at the bottom right sells upgrades.

Is my progress saved?

Yes, automatically in your browser. Open it again and Continue on the title screen picks up where you left off. Nothing is sent to a server.

Do I keep earning while the tab is closed?

Yes. When you come back you collect what the shop earned while you were away. It counts up to 3 hours by default, and the alarm clock upgrade raises that to 6 and then 12 hours. The amount depends on how fast the shop was earning before you left.

Can it run by itself?

Buy the coin cart, the toolbox, the mop and the folding machine and the owner collects, repairs, mops and folds on his own. Until then, once a washer is full of coins customers simply walk away, so check in now and then.

What about the troublemakers?

They come between 2 and 5 a.m. The drunk throws up and blocks a washer, the kicker breaks washers, and the thief runs off with a coin box or a pile of laundry. Tap him before he reaches the door and he drops it. Buy CCTV and the thief stops coming.

How does it end?

There is no fail state. Pay the 3,000-coin debt from the shop window and you get the DEBT FREE ending, and after that you open branches 2, 3 and 4 and keep going.
