LOGIC QUIZ
LOGIC QUIZ is a free browser game where you solve 100 logic puzzles, from finding the liar to putting people in order, and raise a shadow puppet town on a sunset hill. No download, it starts right in your browser on phone or PC.
One side of the screen is a hill at sunset, the other a puzzle written on backlit hanji paper. On a phone the hill sits on top and the puzzle below. Each puzzle runs two to seven short lines with four answers. There is no timer, so read slowly and choose.
Get it right and a silhouette rises out of the ground: a house, a tree, a street lamp, a kid on a bike, a cat with its tail up. The girl detective with the magnifying glass hops for joy to a music box chime. Get it wrong and your pick is crossed out in ink, the right answer glows gold, and a line or two explains why.

The puzzles come in five kinds, mixed evenly through every part.
| Kind | What it asks |
|---|---|
| Must Be True | Pick what must be true from lines with all, some and if |
| Liar Puzzle | Exactly one person lied, so who did it, or who lied |
| Ordering | Use the clues to place people in a line, on floors or around a table |
| Word Relations | Find the word pair with the same relation, like day and night |
| Arguments | Spot the hidden premise, the line that means the same, or the weak point |
Every ten puzzles there is a landmark at stake. Get eight or more of the ten right and it rises with a rumble; fall short and you replay those ten from the start. Later parts bring more people and more clues, and the sky turns from late afternoon through sunset to night.
| Part | Landmark | Puzzles |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Wooden Bridge | Q1 to Q10 |
| 2 | Windmill | Q11 to Q20 |
| 3 | Clock Tower | Q21 to Q30 |
| 4 | Library | Q31 to Q40 |
| 5 | Train Station | Q41 to Q50 |
| 6 | Theater | Q51 to Q60 |
| 7 | School | Q61 to Q70 |
| 8 | Lighthouse | Q71 to Q80 |
| 9 | Observatory | Q81 to Q90 |
| 10 | Castle | Q91 to Q100 |
Raise the tenth landmark, the castle, and night falls as the windows of the town light up one by one from left to right. You get a result card with your score, time, best streak and title, which you can save as a picture or share as a link.

The puzzles borrow the kind of thinking used in the verbal logic section of Korean civil service exams and are written fresh in two or three short lines. No exam wording is copied, and every puzzle was checked by computer to have exactly one right answer.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a time limit on each puzzle in LOGIC QUIZ?
No. Take as long as you like to read and choose. Answer several in a row and you get NICE, GREAT and PERFECT, and your longest streak goes on the result card.
What happens when I get one wrong?
Your pick is crossed out, the right answer glows gold and an explanation appears. If you get fewer than eight of the ten in a part, you replay that part from its first puzzle, and the landmarks you already built stay.
What kinds of logic puzzles are there?
Five kinds: must be true, liar puzzles, ordering, word relations and arguments. Each part of ten puzzles has two of each kind.
How are the score and title decided?
For each part, the puzzles you got right in the run that passed are added up across all ten parts, out of 100. 100 is Logic Master, 95 and up Master Detective, 90 and up Head Detective, 85 and up Detective, and below that Junior Detective.
Are these real civil service exam questions?
No. Only the style of thinking is borrowed from the verbal logic section; every puzzle is newly written and short, two to seven lines rather than long passages.
How does it end?
Raise the tenth landmark, the castle, and night falls while the windows of the town light up one by one to a music box tune. Then the result card appears, and Start Over takes you back to the empty hill.
