WHITE HAIR SHOP Grey Hair Plucking Game
WHITE HAIR SHOP is a free browser game where you pluck the grey hairs from a customer's head in 3D. No download, it starts right in your browser on phone or PC.
Your white hair shop has just opened. The shutter rolls up, the sign lights up and the first customer comes in. You see only the head, up close, and every hair moves on its own. Find a white hair among the black ones, grab it and pull. The scalp lifts with it until the hair pops out by the root.
Grab a white hair near the root to pull it out cleanly. Grab the tip or yank too fast and it snaps in the middle. Pull a black hair next to it and the customer yells ouch and loses patience. When patience runs out the customer leaves, and later customers lose more patience for every mistake. Short white hairs hidden under the black hair show up when you smooth the spot with the fine comb.
There are 25 customers, each with a different hairstyle such as a buzz cut, a tight perm, slicked back hair, a side part or long hair. Golden hairs start to show up from the 10th customer, and the last customer is a grandma with a blonde perm, so you hunt for white hairs among blonde ones. After each customer you get paid by the hairs you plucked plus a tip, and you buy better tweezers, combs and lights at the shop.
October 23 Update
On mobile you play by touch, which is less precise than a mouse on PC, so to make up for that difficulty customers now have twice the patience. For the most fun, play on a PC. If a customer walks out, you get back the coins you spent on tea and shoulder rubs for that customer.
Tea and shoulder rubs are now items you buy at the shop and use with a button during play. Tea restores 60 patience and a shoulder rub restores 35.
Middle customers such as the 15th now cost less patience per mistake, and black hairs get dragged along less on customers with a tight perm. Short snapped white hairs now come out by the root when you pull them slowly. Every shop item now has a one line description, and the lamp brightens the room the moment you buy it.

Good for — anyone who plucked a parent's grey hairs for pocket money as a kid, anyone who loves the feel of a clean pull, and anyone who likes hunting for hidden things.
Frequently asked questions
Why do the white hairs keep snapping?
Grab a white hair close to the root and pull steadily, not too fast, and it comes out by the root. Grab the tip or yank it and it snaps in the middle, and the shorter hair then needs a grip even closer to the root. Better tweezers hold a little higher up the hair.
What happens if I pull a black hair?
The customer yells ouch, flinches and loses patience. Early customers lose a little, but later ones lose much more, and the last customers leave after a single black hair. Each black hair also takes 100 off your pay.
How do I get paid?
Each white hair pays 100 and each golden hair pays 1,000, while each black hair takes 100 off. A tip is added on top, from 1,000 up to 100,000, and it grows the cleaner you pluck without mistakes.
Where do golden hairs show up?
From the 10th customer, one golden hair appears about every third customer, and the last customer has three. They shine yellow so you can spot them from afar, and each one pays 1,000.
It says hairs are left but I cannot see any.
A short white sprout may be hiding under the black hair. Its white tip peeks through, so turn the head to look, or smooth that spot with the fine comb so the hair lies flat and the sprout stands up.
Does it end?
There are 25 customers. Pluck every white hair from the 25th customer, the blonde grandma, to see the ending. You can save or share a result card with the white hairs you plucked, your root rate, your earnings and your title.
