Merge PDF is a free web tool that combines multiple PDF files and photos (JPG, PNG) into one PDF. Your files are never uploaded: they are merged inside this browser.

How to merge PDF files

1. Click Choose files and pick all the PDFs and photos you want to combine. On a computer you can also drag and drop them or paste with Ctrl+V.
2. Put them in order with the ▲▼ buttons or by dragging. By name sorts everything by file name at once.
3. To add only some pages, type a range like 1-3, 5 in that file's Pages box. Leave it empty to add every page.
4. Name the file and click Merge PDF. The merged file downloads right away.

Your files never leave your device

Most online PDF mergers upload your files to their server, merge them there and send them back. This tool uploads nothing: your browser reads and merges the files on your own device. That makes it safe for contracts, ID copies and bank statements you would rather not hand to someone else's server. You can check it yourself: open the page, turn off the internet, and merging still works.

Is Merge PDF free? Are there any limits?

Yes, it is free. There is no sign-up and no limit on how many times or how many files you merge.

Are my files uploaded to a server?

No. The files you choose are read and merged only inside the browser on your device. They are not sent anywhere, including Oreum Games servers. Once the page is open, it still works with the internet turned off.

Can I add photos to the PDF?

Yes. Each JPG, PNG or WEBP photo becomes one A4 page. Sideways phone photos are turned upright automatically. iPhone HEIC photos are not supported yet.

Can I merge only some pages?

Yes. Type something like 1-3, 5 in the Pages box of a file and only those pages are added. Leave it empty to add every page.

Does it work on a phone?

Yes. Choose PDFs and photos from your phone and use the ▲▼ buttons to change the order. On a computer you can also drag and drop files or paste them with Ctrl+V.

Can I merge password-protected PDFs?

No. Password-protected PDFs are marked in the list and skipped. Remove the password first, then add the file.
